At emma's snacks, we want you to love every bite. Because our products are food items, we're unable to accept returns once they've left our facility. However, if your order arrives damaged, melted, or incorrect, we'll make it right.

Please contact us at info@emmassnacks.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. Our team will review your request and, if approved, issue a replacement or refund.
